Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Which courier do you use?
We work with trusted shipping partners such as PostNL or DHL, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@actesrotterdam.nl with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are possible within 14 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Contact us via email to arrange an exchange.
Products & Availability
The size I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some items will be restocked. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.
Where is your clothing made?
Our designs are created in Rotterdam and manufactured in China under ethical working conditions. We carefully select our partners to ensure responsible production.
